HELLO & WELCOME

My name is Rok Lindsey and I am a board certified holistic health coach, nutritionist, and master personal trainer. At Rok Functional Integrated Training (F.I.T), my aim is simple and straightforward. Build for my clients the safest and most effective exercise and dietary programs possible and make sure my clients have the absolute best training experience every time we work together.

My story

With a masters in psychology and currently working on a Ph.D. in performance psychology, Rok spent a number of years training college students mentally and physically to become Marine Corps Officers. After a successful career in the military Rok’s personal passion for health, fitness and performance really started to unravel.

In 2010 he started Rok Fitness and worked with college and professional athletes, corporate executives from the top Fortune 500 companies in Silicon Valley to busy business owners to increase their wellness and performance. Alarmed and disheartened by how misled and misinformed many people were becoming about their health, Rok followed his passion to pursue holistic health and human performance coaching.

Rok’s passion for health & performance sprang from a desire to overcome his own strength and fitness limitations so he could then help others with theirs. Being a slight perfectionist, his constant drive to learn and overcome obstacles has allowed Rok to revel in his journey to achieve optimal health and performance. With his ever-growing experience, Rok is determined to spread the message of greater health and wellbeing.
